Through your secure HealthSherpa portal, you can view your plan details, track your Marketplace enrollment, upload necessary documents, and make updates year-round all in one place.
Important Note: You can only create your account after your initial health insurance application has been submitted.
Navigate to our secure login portal at My Account.
Select Sign In in the upper right corner.
Click the Forgot your password or first time logging in? link.
Enter the exact email address you used on your insurance application.
Check your inbox for a setup email from no_reply@healthsherpa.com.
Click the secure link inside that email to create your password and access your dashboard.
If you know your email but cannot remember your password, regaining access takes just a few minutes.
Go to the secure login page.
Click the Forgot password? link.
Submit the email address tied to your insurance application.
Look for a reset link in your inbox from no_reply@healthsherpa.com (this may take a few minutes).
Click the link to choose a new password.
Having trouble getting in? Here are a few quick solutions:
Missing Emails: If you requested a password reset but don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders.
Forgotten Email Address: Search your inboxes (including work, school, or secondary emails) for messages containing “HealthSherpa” or “Marketplace.” You can also check your browser’s autofill settings to see if it saved your address.
Carrier or State Accounts: If you are trying to log into Healthcare.gov or a specific carrier’s exclusive portal, you will need to reach out to them directly. We can only assist with password resets for HealthSherpa accounts.
